I feel like I had a pretty good day today food and exercise wise. I did the treadmill at a good fast pace for twenty minutes. The sweat was dripping right off of me when I was through. It is 5:42pm right now and I feel stuffed. Not hungry the slightest bit. There is no place to log water on here that I have found. I have consumed lots of water today. I seem to be quite tired at the moment. Usually not this tired at 5:43pm. But I was let go from my job on Monday soooo maybe it is my body adjusting. I was actually thrilled to be let go. The drive was an hour both ways. Took me away from being a mom. The people I worked with were not kind people. Seriously the boss lady played a mean trick on a girl whose mother had died, the girl said, "I would give anything to talk to my mother one more time,", so she took her cell phone, reprogrammed a name and call the phone from that number, it said, missed call from mom... the girl was in tears. This was my boss! So yeah, I didn't like it there. This now being let go will give me the time to concentrate on ME! I am now concentrating on ME and the girls! Whoohoo!
