I am on Weight Watchers now.I started using that at the end of March. I did it for myself for a 30th birthday present. I was feeling so low about turning 30, especially since I had no one really to celebrate it with me.None of my friends came up to visit for my birthday and it just made me feel pretty crappy. One of the loneliest birthdays I have ever had I think. I really needed someone to. I spent it with family but it wasn't the same. So I came to the conclusion as I was heading towards that number that I really need to motivate myself to get my health together to make me feel better. So I have been doing pretty well I think. I have lost 15 pounds since starting. I just need to push myself to exercise, that will really kick start the weight loss. I have heard and seen good things about the Jillian Michaels 30 day Shred. So I am planning starting that. And onward!
