Worked out at gym. Took dogs to park. Went shopping and made dinner.

Started Medifast and weight fluctuating. I have lost a few pounds but I have to keep an eye on my intake, especially salt. I am working out at 4 x week or more.

Worked out with trainer today. Trying to be with trainer x 2 week and exercise classes x 3 times a week. I weigh in with doctor next week.

Worked with my trainer today. She said I have to work out at least 3 to 4 days per week to lose weight. Also to keep my calories lower when I am not working out. Gee it's more work eating less and exercising more. Go figure.
