The app on my phone crapped out for the past few days so I haven't been able to record my calorie intake and exercise and I will admit - I did poorly. Now that it's working again hopefully I can get back on track and see some weight loss when I weigh and measure myself this weekend!

The more I'm watching my intake of calories, the less I'm eating out of "boredom". I'm also not snacking anymore - my excuse used to be that I'm only eating one bite and not the whole thing so it's okay. The surprising thing for me is that even though I'm eating less calories, I'm not eating a "smaller" amount of food. I've changed from wanting to eat out because it's easy to thinking "I have to put this in my FatSecret tracker, so I really want to do that?"
Not only am I doing better with food, but it's also making me work out more and do things like playing soccer with my son, or going for walks/runs in the evening.

Im slowly making progress, i just wish it would happen faster. I need to keep it up and keep working out even when I dont want to otherwise ill never see results...
