Give me about a week to identify all of my bad habits, (yea, I probably already know what they are, but I need that screaming in the mirror like a drill seargent, "YOU'RE WORTHLESS!!"), time.
Also thanks to a buddy of mine for a few links to a work out routine.
Now I just need to gather up a few resources and equipment to put it in practice.
