Little late on the New Year's Resolutions this year but I don't think it matters since most people don't keep them anyway. But I am starting all over, from today and making some lifestyle changes. Namely, to walk a mile every day, to do one exercise video every day and to stop drinking soda completely. No diet or regular. It's a good place to start. Or should I say start over. These are doable and intentional changes that I think I can do.
