On Saturday, the PT had me push up from a bar resting on a rack. I did 4 sets of 25 reps. Well, by Sunday,my arm was on fire. I determine that my left arm was over worked. I had surgery on my right radial head two years ago. The arm never returned to 100% and the rotation of the arm was impacted. No working out this week.

Yesterday was not a great food day. I had an EAS Carb Control in the morning with my nuts, but lunch was filled with the office christmas party goodies. I did not overeat. I had a chicken wing, cabbage, sweet potato, and punch. I had few pieces of candy in the afternoon. When I came home, I was exhausted and only munched on some Skinny Pop and drank cystal light. Didn't go to the gym. I didn't go swimming the night before. Made the mistake and sat on the couch. You know the rest....sleep.
Got my Polar F7 in the mail wed. Took it out the box and set it this morning. will try it out this afternoon.
Stepped on the scale. IT SAYS 266. Dont want to change weight tracker until I weigh myself on saturday after training session with PT.

Tried to make water aerobics class, but didn't get home until 30 minutes before class. I couldn't get motivated to rush back out in the 8 degree weather. So, I didn't get any excercise. This will be my rest day for the week.
Today, is training days with the PT. He told me to bring boxing gloves. This will be interesting. I have never boxed or hit a bag in my life. If nothing else it should relieve some stress.

So far so good. I've only eaten what I brought for lunch. Well, except for a bite of homemade pound cake someone brought for the holidays.
Tonight I plan to go to water aerobics. I am struggling a bit with doing my ab work every night. I can't seem to finish the 4 x 25 reps of leg lifts and 4 x 25 reps of crunches.
