what is your goal weight, 5'3 and 5'4 ladies?
I'm 5'4" at 62 years old, and weight 180. 34 years ago I weighed 130. So that is my goal. I felt great at that weight and things fit very nice. When I get there, I may adjust to going a little lower with my goal.

Need a buddie
Hi Dogwalker157. I'm new, and I'm 62. I need to take some weight off, as it does not make me feel good. I started walking again - because my walking buddy came back home from a 3 month trip. We've already walked 3 days in a row! So having a buddy really makes a difference. I think I walked 5 times over the 3 months she was gone. I always advise people to make changes that you can permanently keep. To do this start with something small you want to change, find a replacement you like, and give this some focus for a week or a month, then move to the next thing you want to improve. You control how fast you go. I know from experience. I went back to old habits, because I gave up on myself reaching my goal. I didn't have someone to ask questions. This community looks like it will really help me. Hope we can help each other. DianeND
