This was a productive week and I felt really good about working out and watching what I ate.
Issues occurred this evening when our garage door cable snapped and my son's car won't start. Disappointing things happen that has to be dealt with. These are minor speed bumps in life that makes me think about how fortunate our family is.

I haven't been very good about journaling my progress on a daily basis.
1-5 I started student teaching for 6 hours and did very little exercise, other than walking around the classroom - then to and from the vehicle. For lunch I had a nutrition bar and drank water throughout the day.
1-6 I started the morning at 5am doing a mini circuit that lasted 20 minutes-which included situps, planks, recumbent bike, and others. I have yet to run/walk my 2 miles this morning. I will probably hit the treadmill since we received 5 inches of snow and its still coming down. I signed up for another program online with alternating days of circuits with running and weight lifting-it's a 4 week program and entices you to lose 10 pounds and inches before the end of the program.
