I'm here because I need to lose weight and get healthier. I was always very skinny and could never gain weight, but I quit smoking at 28 and put on 20 pounds in 2 months. I did everything to lose the weight, but nothing worked. It seemed to mess my metabolism up big time. In my desperation, I started smoking again. But, unfortunately, the weight never came off and I've sense put on another 40.
I've found one diet that works for me and leaves me extremely healthy and losing weight at a great pace. The problem, it is time consuming and costly to buy all the food. Plus, it's very restrictive, so it's harder to make it a lifestyle change. I'm here to see if I can find something a little more doable for me to enjoy and be able to keep up with.
