Is there a list of the same beneficial foods for A as well as B?
Hi everyone!

I would like to find out if anyone has a listing of foods with the relevant blood type against itQuestion

Reason why I am asking is that the book 'Live right for your type' lists them per blood type, however, my partner is also following the diet and is type B and I am type A.
It makes it easier, shopping wise, to have a list of all the beneficial foods for A as well as B.

I would greatly appreciate to be pointed in the right direction. (otherwise, I'll have to create the list myself... Shock )

A Blood Types
Hello Laura! Yes, I'm A-negative as well...

I was on this diet a few years ago, but through happenings in my life I went off it and now I'm back to my old-unhappy-lethargic self and that is going to change NOW!

When I was on the diet I never felt more healthy and happy before! It really did wonders not just for my weight, but also my mental state! It's true, what you put into your mouth becomes your life!

I am a strong believer to focus on the foods that you CAN have and that will pull you through. There are many recipes to make it interesting and it's fun to experiment.

And it all makes sense - once you read about the foods that you CAN have you KNOW that they are good for you as you already (unconsciously) know that the foods you need to AVOID are BAD for you.

Keeping a diary on what you eat at what time and how that makes you feel is very important and is also a motivator.

Just wanted to say HI and letting you know that I have joined today (24/07/0Cool and have started the Blood Type Diet (live right for your type) today.

I would like to gain more knowledge and support by joining this community.
