Day one of 100 Calorie workout challenge complete!!!
I stepped on the scale a few days ago and found myself at 170. I WILL NOT allow my weight to get out of control again!

I thought about Christmas two summers ago when I was on Jenny Craig and was working so hard to loose the weight. I remember going for a jog in the snow after our family Christmas celebration. I remember feeling the NEED and urge to move. I want to have that feeling again.

The last few days I've been paying closer attention to what I'm eating and I'm trying to move a little more. It's been hard to move with blizzard like conditions wanting me to stay snuggled in a blanket.

That's why I decided to do this 100 Calorie Workout challenge. 'Action before Motivation'. If I accomplish something then sit want to snuggle under my blanket I can.

Jenny Craig (Lacey) and my therapist (Linda) have been a huge help to me. They have taught me so much! These things will help me both physically and mentally!!
