How do you cheer yourself up?
Hi Guys,

I just wanted to know what you do to make yourselves feel better after a disappointing weigh-in?

It takes me half a day to come out of my sulk...my first thoughts being 'F*!% this, its pointless!'.....Evil or Very Mad

lots of love Smile

Not your average walk in the park...
Wow, a bear?! That's crazy. I think I'd have messed my pants.

( I have to admit I did giggle a bit at the thought of a bear 'crossing the road'! Purely because that would never happen where I live.)

I've made myself paranoid!
The above post was not really clear OR what I meant....I mean if I eat 1800 cals instead of my allocated 1600 but burn 2800 calories through exercise thus still leaving a 1000 calorie deficit...will I still be on track to lose 1-2 pounds a week?

What I try to look at is the Diet Calendar (the page that shows calories in and exercise done and then shows the deficit). That's where you want to shoot for 500 calories a day (or 1000 or whatever you've decided for your weight loss).

I'm glad you brought this up I was wondering about this too.
For example if my allocation is 1600 cals, but I eat 1800, but then do some extra exercise, does that even it out?
