well it's been a bit over a week now....
The first day was really hard! I was doing 'the fat fast' (the Keckwick Diet) a version of Atkins, that is supposed to drop weight really quick, but as I am pretty much vegan, I couldn't stick to it as the carbs:protein:fats ratios just did not work!
The second day, i thought 'what the heck' & just ate normally after spending hours trying to plan day two of the 'fat fast'.

Day three to now has been simply counting calories. I have enjoyed a little dark chocolate, but apart from that it's all been just fruit, veg, nuts, seeds, herbs & spices & a few supplements like protein powder & maca powder.
I am weighing everything meticulously! I have not done calorie counting since my teens & there is no way I am guessing!

2kg is pretty good i think, (almost 4 1/2 pounds) for a first week :-)

I have exercised a bit every day: weights, yoga & a tiny bit of HIIT cardio.
