Is it cheating to not record your weight if you keep loosing the same 2-3 lbs everyday? Like I start working out one weight and end another weight? I don't think so and I think it is my womanly week... so next week maybe...

Having said that is is hard to be loosing the same 2-3 lbs everyday, and I am having people suguet "supplements" and I am worried because as much as I want to see the numbers go down I don't want to have to takes these pills for the rest of my life to to maintain the weight I have lost. If anyone has any suguestions, I am up to listen.

I would also like to take the time to say thanks for the this website, the buddies and friendships I have formed are amazingly supportive and motivating. And I get to be accountable to something and chart it somewhere wher I won't loose the paper I was keeping track on and see the sucess.
