Hi everyone. Since I have been receiving nerve block injections I have gained over 40 lbs. Since I can not work due to health reasons I have decided to stop feeling sorry for myself and learn to stand up in the inside. Saying to myself I CAN DO THIS! Starting today I will start walking a half mile at a slow pace. Then work my way up to walking a mile. Also, a low fat, low sodium diet.
