I have been letting myself down on this on again off again weight loss. I have been working on it to a degree, but I'm not giving it my all. I don't understand it. I know I want to and need to lose this weight. It is just so difficult with not working or having anything to do. I get on the treadmill when I don't go out on my walks, but that isn't enough. I am totally disgusted, which doesn't help.

I let myself down and now I am feeling guilty for myself and for our group. I'm back and I'm heavier than when I started. I have never been this heavy. It is depressing, but has made me more determined to lose this fat. My walking regime, daily exercise, and diet are back on. I can't lose weight just sitting around.

I am real proud of myself these past couple of days. I've been staying on track and doing my exercises. I feel better about myself for this. I am drinking more teas, herbal, black tea, and decaf tea, which I know is healthier for me. The challenges I am on and fatsecret are helping me stick to my diet. And I won't forget my buddy. By the way, I am drinking my water too.

Having a buddy working with me, cheering me on is working great. Especially since she's my friend and cousin. Lyn and I grew up together. She was my best friend growing up and we're getting to know each other again after 19 years. We are cheering each other on to get to our goal weight.
