Haha I like the shout outs in your messages. Unfortunately we are not shipping to South Africa, only the U.S. and Canada right now. With the sandwiches, are are working to get them in as many stores as possible. Continue to check our store locator, it is always being updated with new information. @Vanessa896 thanks for trying the sandwich! Adding some Canadian Bacon or pairing it with soup can be a great way to add additional flavor as well, but the nutritional value of 150 calories along with high protein and fiber make it a great breakfast option
