Can definitely tell it’s getting harder to lose this weight but I’m not going to give up!! Losing almost 107#’s in 6 months is nothing to sneeze at, so I’ll take the slowdown. Now to meet my second goal of losing 150#’s by my 1 year mark, I will continue to strive for that. I have 6 months to lose 40 more pounds. I think I can do it, heck I know aI can do it!!! Hope everyone has a nice Labor Day long weekend, be safe out there!! 😘😘😘😘

Finally, lost a pound woohooo!!! That was a bad plateau and it took having a cheat day to get things rolling again. Alright my lovelies I am back and losing weight again. Went to the gym last night and here’s my workout which took about an hour.
4 sets of 15@ 40#- Hip Adduction (total weight 2,400)
4 sets of 15@ 40#- Hip Abduction (total weight 2,400)
1/2 mile on the Arc Trainer
4 sets of 8 @ 5#’s- Abs Bench (Total weight 160)
4 sets of 12 @ 4lb - Medicine Ball off of the Trampoline with waist bends. (total weight 192)
4 sets of Battle Ropes

Hi everyone, just wanted to drop a line to say hey!! So Hey! I have hit a plateau and where I haven’t gained anything I also haven’t lost anything. I am using today as a jumpstart day so I can eat a small amount of major carbs to retrigger my brain to thinking that I’m not starving it to death. Miss talking to you guys so hopefully this will work and I will be back blogging Weightloss again real soon. Y’all have a great weekend andplease be safe out there!! Love y’all!!!! 😘😘😘😘

So guess what I did yesterday for the first time in almost 10 year? I went swimming and was able to buy a swimsuit off the rack and it fit!!!
I am so excited about so many new things in my life and I am looking forward to them all. Down almost 105#’s and so much more active than even 6 months ago. I do more, I exercise daily, I walk more and I feel fantastic!! My love to you all, keep on fighting the fight and don’t give up because I know you can do it!! 😘😘😘😘
