So today I reset the timer to 0 this is my new starting day... I HAVE TO DO THIS!! I used to hover right around 340 and now I am 363 :( I dont like this have to change it... am going to faithully record everything i eat and start wearing my pedometer again...

Happy New Year! Ok I know I'm a week early but I really can't wait for 2010 to begin! have some really interesting plans/goals this year.
This Year I want to work on habits. IN years past the goals have been the results but I think it is time to tweak that a bit... I will be measuring success on wether I journal about everything I eat, Exercise for at least 30 min daily, Read My Bible Daly, Save with every paycheque. Any gains I make will be a result of these steps... Lets see how I do.
