So today is day two of my new diet,not diet lifestyle change. I know how to eat and what i need to do to be successful but yet i keep eating the junk. So Im trying to cut refined sugar from my diet. It's going to be hard but i have already cut it a bunch im sure. I was eating so many sweets.
now today i found fat secret and i entered in my food. i like it better than myplate.com its much easier and they have so many more foods.
I already have about 60 grams of sugar today and for weight loss Women should consume no more than 25 grams per day.
well im double that!! baby steps.
