This is my first journal entry along my weight loss journey, and I will begin by explaining why i have joined fatsecret.com.
I have never been overweight in my life, my BMI has always danced around the high end of my healthy range, but i have never been comfortable with it, so when reasently when i tipped into the overweight catergory, it was no supprise.
I have tried to lose weight before and have failed, so this time i am hoping with the support of other people on the same journey and with a lot more ideas and knowlage, i will reach my goal. Which brings me to my goals and plan!

MY GOAL
* To lose 10kg in 12 weeks
* To feel great in a bikini

MY PLAN
* To run every moring except sat/sun
* To do muscel trainging every day
* lower my calorie intake 1600
* To eat healthy (no snacking)
* Cut out processed sugar

It sounds full on, and it is, but i have already been running for a few months now so hopfully this is a plan for success.

If anyone has ideas or stories they can share with me, that would be great any feedback is welcomed.
