I'm 34 and getting married in a couple of months to my best friend! I want to look my best! I've put some weight on and I want it to come off NOW! But in all reality I want a gradual no diet pills weight loss.. I lost 153 pounds several years ago after having gastric bypass surgery. Believe me it WASN'T the easy way out!!! I now have over 150 staples in my stomach and when I was healing I had 175 staples that ran from my sternum to my belly button. So I have a scar down the front of my torso.. I'm okay with that but I want to be more consistent with exercising.. You get use to being able to eating anything you want and the fat just melting off but, about three years ago my body began to normalize and I can't do that anymore.. I have to watch what I eat or run a marathon every night. So I've started cooking more healthy than I was and I've lost 2 lbs but I get side tracked and then find excuses not to exercise.. I want help in being consistent.
