I have decided to record my measurements monthly, so if the scales don't go down I can stay motivated if the numbers on the tape measure do.
So (currently, after a 5lb weightloss):
Over the bust: 41 inches
Under the bust: 34 inches
Waist: 29.5 inches
Hips: 38.5 inches
Thigh: 24 7/8 inches
Arms: 12.5 inches
When I lose weight, from previous experience it comes off fairly evenly all over, so to get back to how I used to be I need to lose 1.5 inches from all of the above :)

I'm lying in bed on a saturday evening and I'm feeling quite positive. These are the reasons why I am positive:
1) I stayed within my calories this week and lost weight
2) I ate a few foods I would have previously classed as 'binge foods' and enjoyed them, then moved on. In the past I would have binged and purged
3) I managed to go out last night and stick to 6 alcoholic drinks all night (instead of 16!! haha)
4) I have exercised 5 times this week and feel amazing for it
5) I am wearing fake tan and it gives the appearance of a leaner body
6) I have a rather sexy fiance ;)

Had a really positive week in total! Normally on day 5 of my diet is when I fall off the wagon, but it was only at day 6 when I caved and ate 200g of yogurt coated banana chips at 1000 cals!!! But I wanted them and planned them in, so I wouldnt class as a binge!
I planned to go out last night and drink a few vodkas and then have chips on the way home, again I planned for it and didn't binge!
This week after analysing my total fat, carb and protein intake I am focusing on upping my protein intake and lowering my fat intake. I am recalculating my calorie intake and focusing on getting excersize into my daily routine. The less pressure I put on myself, the better I seem to do.
It doesn't matter how long it takes me to get there, as long as I get there in the end! I am proud of me.
