Lifelong member of Weight Watchers who needs to learn the new Weight Watchers Plan. Lost 139 pounds originally in the early 1970s and over the years I have modified my way of eating to include some of the new WW techniques, but never by truly following them. I need to learn the new WW plan, choose to memorize it and continue to follow the WW plans of the future, since I know WW is the only plan I have ever been successful at reaching my goal. Currently I am struggling with arthritis and osteoporosis concerns, so it never hurts to go back to the people who know how to teach you your lessons of health to ask for another lesson or two.

Any recommendations are welcome!
