2,300 RDI doesn't seem right. Even for my weight and height. My Fitness Pal reckons 1,620 is right for my weight, height and goal of losing 1 to 2 kgs a week. Very confused at how this site works, but I do prefer the database to other apps I have used. Much more South African friendly and a larger variety of added foods.
