I am eating real lean this week. Last night it was chicken breast and salad. I was sliding too much on phase 3.

So I was in Redding,Ca for the weekend. Had a gas station ICEE because it was hot. I don't usually drink sugar drinks but that is something I like on a hot summer day.
I had one on my way there, and we ended up visiting with one of my relatives, where I just sort of let go of much of my restraint when it comes to calories.
Got another ICEE on the way back, and stopped at a BBQ. Almost made myself sick. I'm up three lbs, but I think I'm gonna make a KALE smoothie this week.

I've learned from looking back at my weight history. I get really lax around the holidays, including summer holidays, and my anniversary was in May, so I skipped like 3 weigh ins. Also I get my weigh in reminder's to my work email, and I hadn't been at work much this last month. So now I know where I am going wrong, and I can move forward from here.
