My 2nd monthly weigh in is this Friday and between valentine's day with all the chocolates given to me and traveling I'm fearing the worse that the scale isn't going to be kind.

Geez luis. The more active I am outside (building a green house) the more I eat which equals always going over my calorie limit. It's like a good and bad situation.

first monthly weigh in is this friday! Nervous but I think I been following my calorie count very well even though I havent been going to the gym as much as I would have liked this past month.

I had one of those anxiety sleepless nights last night with the constant thinking of fat and dieting. I want to only weigh myself once a month because I want a life style change not just losing weight but dang it I want to jump that at scale just to see if I lost anything to make me feel better. I even started googling nonsense to things "I need" like diet pills, corsets, body wraps, anything that says 'lose weight' by the name. Terrible. I'm glad I didn't step foot outside my blankets and forced myself to lay down then letting these thoughts get to me. I didn't buy anything online and this morning feeling a lot better even though parts are still nagging at me
