Ihave finally joined up with Weight Watchers again with going to their meetings along with their eTools on their website and I can document everything that I eat, document how much i weigh, document how much exercize I am doing and how many vitamins and fish oil I have been taking how much fluids I have been drinking and it is all figured out by their points system and not only do they check your weight, they also check your measurements of your arms breast,chest area, stomach, or waist area, your hips and buttocks are, your thighs area, and I am still trying to figure it out how the measurements work, but I will sooner or later.
