I just got in from going out. I did not have any alcohol except for the three teeny tiny sips I took from my friend Taylor's drink. I am about to head to bed and NOT eat peanut butter...so difficult to do. I keep telling myself...oatmeal tomorrow morning, oatmeal tomorrow morning! I'll let you know tomorrow if I actually made it to bed without eating the pb!

Okay...here it goes...it starts today. I believe number one...I'm quitting alcohol. I don't like it...it adds about 500 calories a week to my diet and makes me feel sluggish.
I ran 3.4 miles today. Usually, on Fridays, I don't run because I sleep too late before work.
I'm also only allowing myself pb on Tuesday, Wed, and Thursdays. Maybe I'll eventually be able to stop it all together!
