This was my first time that I recored and counted calories everything what i ate. Wow!! I was surprised! I thought a little bit of bacon didn't hurt.., but wrong! And I thought little bit of ranch dressing doesn't ahve much impact, but again, wrong!!
I am glad that I started to do this. Otherwise I would be eating unhealthy and wondering why I couldn't lose weight. I think this is the great way to learn the healthy eating habit because this site gives you a great nutricious facts on each food.
