Feeling good today. Worked out last night and went after it like a beast! I am not too sore this morning. In my younger years, I was so ultra competitive, I felt that come out last night, it felt good. I thought that part of me was long gone. For the first time this week, I did get hungry. I woke up that way and really noticed it on my drive into work. My caloric intake has been ridiculously low, but up until this morning, I was handling it fine. I'm not looking to starve myself and I will up my intake as necessary.
I am hopeful that the weekend goes well.

Ok, I said I wasn't sore yesterday morning, well that changed drastically last night. Ouch! I'm a little concerned about my workout tonight. We'll see how it goes, it's my last one of the week, so I'll go hard and have 3 days to rest and recover. I did walk 10,000 steps yesterday, so that's good.
I inputted everything I ate in the food journal and I had a surprisingly low caloric intake. I was not hungry in the least and it felt as though I was eating all day. I am done with those oats though, yuck, I could hardly muddle through them. I switched over to Shredded Wheat and fruit for breakfast. Hopefully, that works better.
