A brain dump.
I'd been doing well at avoiding binge snacking but I've just eaten 1/4 of a box of cornflakes. I'm frustrated and feel guilty - I have avoided bingeing for days and have been quite proud of that as I'm a sucker for cereal.
Also trying to not beat myself up over it because I don't want to knock myself off across the weekend. Especially with a buffet tomorrow. But my swollen stomach doesn't help accept or forget what I've done. At least when I binge it's only cornflakes?
I need to keep in mind that I'm on holiday soon as I don't want to be self conscious of myself, and also want to feel happy to enjoy tasty Portuguese food.

I've not been able to exercise due to surgery which I hate. I've only just started going back intermittently as I'm so busy. I have a gut which is new for me and my confidence is crap. I'm a healthier weight than I used to be when I was stressed, but I've gone the other way and feel about of control. I really hope after this week I can get my head together be controlled.

I'm trying to get my head back in the game after a period of random, undisciplined eating and inconsistent exercise. My jobs and hobbies are preventing regular gym visits but I can sort my good out, so back to lots of green veg and eggs for vegetarian power food!
