I GOT PAST THE 200 MARK THIS MORNING, YAY YAY YAY!!! You should have seen the silly white girl dance I did, I looked like Carlton from "Fresh Prince of Bel Aire." Hope the rest of the day goes as good as it felt stepping on the scale & seeing that number!!! HAPPY NEW YEARS TO ALL MY FAT SECRET FAMILY!!!

Homemade Latte'~160 Calories~ The 160 Cal is spead through out the day into. Each cup will vary in Cal. I measure my creamer into 1 container & my fat free milk into another and just use them until they are gone. Whip the milk w/ hand held electric whipper

Sweet & Sour Tofu Stir-Fry~400 Calories~ I didn't like the Tofu with sweet & sour sauce, the baked no skin chicken stir-fry w/s&s sauce was much better
