Day ONE - part II
Started Master Cleanse today. Couldn't choke down Salt Water Flush though. I took one laxative instead. I'm not hungry but I want to eat food out of boredom and because I want to taste something good. Ugh. Day one sucks.

Didn't start on Monday as planned. Ate garbage Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Started the days off well, ate only tortillas, two tablespoons each of corn and black beans and two pieces of pepper jack cheese but then fumbled after 3 pm. Bought lemons & water for lemonade diet.

I'm going to try to eat healthy, take stacker 2 and black mamba pills and do the P90X workout.
