almost through another day and I am feeling a bit more energy than before!tomorrow i'll walk if weather is good.

first full day of fatsecret!! I am ready to go and loose this weight!

it seems the I try the more I gain! I am determined though to loose this extra weight! I have joined a popular ladies excercise program & go three x's a week & when the weather breaks will be walking in the evenings also!Try'n to set this site up is stressfull! I only excerised 30 min., walk'n was maybe 4 hours (shop'n,in the house, etc.)& housework was probably 3 hours! Will try to enter activity more corectly tomorrow! No way to delete and correct todya's I guess.
