So I have found a nice little trick to drinking juice. Juicy Juice and V-Fusion has always been a little sweet for me so I tried putting 8oz of juice with 8oz of water and I LOVE it! It still has it's flavor just a little less sweet. And I feel I'm getting a double benefit because I get the benefits of the juice like the serving of fruit and veggies and I am also getting a serving of water! Even if you don't think the juice is too sweet maybe try it out and see how you like it.

In the middle of the night when I wake up to feed my son I feel very hungry and I can't talk myself out of eating. It's almost like I "sleep eat". In the morning when I wake up I barely remember getting something to eat but I know I did because the dishes are still around. How can I stop myself from eating?

I have not been sticking to what I know I should do. I have been eating out a lot lately and haven't eaten healthy. I am making a schedule for myself and going to stick to it! I need other people to also motivate me. So for anybody reading this PLEASE HELP! I think after I get into the swing of things I will be able to do it on my own but right now I can't seem to make myself do anything :(

Going shopping today and hope that counts a little for walking. Even though we're going to dinner tonight I'm going to get healthy foods and make good decisions. I hope I can get a jumpstart soon!

I am having a really hard time self motivating myself to get up and exercise. I think about it a few times during the day but instead I watch tv or clean up or even go and get something to eat at a resturaunt. I haven't been sticking to my diet either. I am feeling guilty about that. It's hard to stick to a diet when nobody else in the house wants to eat the things I want to and they are eating cookies and brownies. Or fried pork chops and stuff. But instead of just falling in with them I am going to start cooking healthier and not going out and eating. And on the occassion that I do go out I will pick the healthy foods to eat.
I am wanting to get a gym membership so that I can go there and use what they have. Also I am going to see if they have a personal trainer so that I can have help with motivation. I want to be healthy and fit for my kids so that I can get out and play with them instead of sitting around while they play. Hopefully I can still make the 50lbs by April even though I wasn't completely motivated at first.
