Going down slowly... Need to go back to recording everything cuz God knows I'm slipping back to my old ways. Time to kick my own butt into gear.
Hope everyone is doing well this week!
I'm trying to find an easy way to get my dog Nacho is stop eating out of the litter box. He just started doing this and not sure what to do to stop this disgusting behavior... if anyone else knows how to deal with this kind of situation... plz comment, any suggestions welcome 💩💩💩

Wow... sure hope that's right. I do feel like I've lost. I have been doing my own fasting schedule and it is easy breezy for me. Hope to get to my goal weight of 115 by February 2019.

Have been slacking on recording my food intake this week. Been so so busy, I honestly haven't had the time. Jumping back into it today. With the left over TG food gone as of last night will be easier to stay on track. Been eating buffet with everything mixed together and I have to say, it's been really tasty.

Fasted from Friday 9pm to Sunday 4pm
Ketosis meter is saying 80... according to the color chart. There is a 160, the highest one, but don't know why I didn't get allll the way up there? The only thing I had was 1/2c.chicken broth last night about 8pm. I was feeling very tired and lethargic, in which it did keep a lot more than I thought it would.
