I am a retired teacher and since retirement, have gained about fifteen pounds. Recently, I looked at myself in the mirror and was totally blown away with how I looked. I won't even put on shorts or even a bathing suit. With this program, I hope to be able to lose weight and have other individuals who will help me stay on course when I become discourage.
