So I gain a few pounds during the holiday season since i haven't been motivated to workout. But on the bright side, New Year means I have an official starting point to start a new weight loss journey. Hopefully under 200 by Summer.

Am I actually losing weight or is it just the angle I took the picture? I swear I wasn't sucking in my gut.

I went to Publix and I stepped on the scale they have and now I'm 217lbs. A month and a half I went from 225 to 217. 2 hours on the elliptical 5-6 days a night. I sometimes can't believe it because I see no difference when I look in the mirror and measure my waist. I'm an impatient person and can't wait for a slimmer body. I still have cheat days even when I try not to. I feel upset at myself when I pig out on my rest days but I guess I must be burning more calories than I think if I'm now 217 even when I still eat junk food.
