I have 100 pounds to lose, and even then I will not be "skinny" or even especially thin - but my goal weight would be perfect to me. So tired of living in this huge body. My knees hurt alot, my energy level is at struggle mode all the time. Why have I lived like this for such a long time!?

Fibromyalgia is part of my personal challenge. I have decided to avoid gluten as I read in a medical report that this sometimes helps ease fibro pain. Worth a try - and another reason to avoid cookies and sweets! I have lost 10 pounds in the past six weeks doing this, but now seem to be STUCK at 240 pounds. I started out at 250 pounds after the holidays; heaviest I have ever been. How embarassing for me.

This was a "bad" diet day; not that I had so many calories, but I ate the wrong types of foods. A can of Soda (which I hardly ever have) and potatoes with roast beef for lunch. Well, better tomorrow. Healthier, more natural foods are the plan. Okay - goodnite.
