I haven't been able to stick with an exercise program and my eating habits or horrible. I eat lots of fried foods not so much on the sweets. Coffee is a must and I eat late at night. Most day I cook dinner for the entire family which includes young children who are picky eaters smh, so I end up eating whatever their preference is. I sit all day for work. I do have a gym membership which I was using but I have just lost motivation to go. I need help!
