Finally made the decision to start working out, something I have been planning to do for ages now. I have also started to watch my calories intake (which should be close to 3k cal/day) and am going to start sleeping at proper times and get up at normal hours in the morning. Because I am going to get a gym membership I have started to do some home workouts, just to get my body ready for all the fitness activities at gym. Atm, I'm doing 3 sets of 50 squats and 10 push ups every morning/evening-night. However, I am planning to raise the number of pushups to 15/20 very soon, after my body will have gotten used to an actual daily exercise.
