I wanted to try the intermittent fasting. But my husband always wanted me to eat. First attempt was yesterday and I failed. I did ate 173 calories yesterday.
I will just do it on weekdays, when husband is not around.

my calories consumed goes up. From just under 600 calories a day to 800 calories.
I wanted to stay at 600 calories a day.
