Atkins Reset?
Here's a Menu Example for Atkins first 2 weeks oh induction.
Breakfast
2 or 3 scambled eggs w/ 2 slices of bacon and 2 slices of Ham plus a 1 tbsp each of sliced onion, tomato and green peppers. Make it an omelet
Lunch
4-6 ounces of Albacore Tuna fish, mixed with 2 tbsp's of Hellmans mayo, season w/ salt, pepper and Tabasco sauce to taste.
Dinner 1 Ribeye steak or other favorite cut Marinate in Worcester sauce
Have to have 1 salad
1 cup green leafy lettuce
1 tbsp ea of Onion, Tomato, Green Pepper
1 ounce of Cheddar cheese
2 tbsp of either Caesar Dressing or Wishbone ranch
season with salt/pepper
Thats around 15-20 carbs. Do that every day for 2 weeks You can changes out Hamburger meat patties for steak. You can add chicken tenderloins to salad if you like.
Stay under 20 carbs for the firt 2 weeks
I did this for 2 weeks and lost 9 lbs, I continued it for another 2 weeks and lost a 17 lbs total..
