So glad my weight stayed the same..of course would have loved to see a loss but considering the fact that I ate fried chicken tenders, fries, a roll and soda on Saturday and let hubby talk me into ( didn't take much honestly) stopping for burgers and fries last night and didn't gain even an ounce I am happy. Of course I have been upping the exercise and today was my first 3 miles. I split my work outs into a mile (20 min) on my treadmill. I started out doing just half a mile once a day and quickly worked my way to 20 minutes twice a day...today I walked 20 minutes three times for just over 3 miles and an hour of walking. I just need to keep up with the walking and stop the giving in to quick fast food and I am sure that scale will move down!!
