Okay, im fighting the urge to weigh myself today. so i obviously am not going to post a weight recording. Yesterday I weighed myself and noticing that I was actually UP a pound. After what i thought was a day of eating really well and a great workout (weights and cardio) I was really really bumming. So after letting it sink in, i realized that I really have no idea what its from .. did I not eat as well as i thought? am i not taking in enough calories, is it from weight training? I have no idea. All I know is its seriously depressing. Any thoughts on why this happened? ive been really trying to focus lately on what im eating and how im excersising and all Ive seen is the scale go up =[


Ill weigh in tomorrow morning. today i ate cereal (kids cereal but compared it to healthy cereal and nutrition facts are about the same)and a balance bar Ive been drinking tons of water and plan on making a pita pizza for dinner early and if I need a snack having a fat free chobani with a teaspoon of honey.

Wish me luck. Im really feeling down about this.
