I am the happiest when I move my body and when I am in team work situations. I take care of myself by listening to my body at all times! I live a minimalist lifestyle...well I am trying my best to do so in an urban setting. I love composting, gardening and meeting people. Exercise has always been a big part of my lifestyle. Dancing and swimming used to be my favorite ways to decompress and stay in shape. Throughout the years I've had to drop these two but I hope to incorporate them back into my life.
