Doing a bad job of eating actual meals -- yesterday had a pizza, portioned out over the day (some for lunch, some for dinner), with a snack of raisins.

I really need to remember to eat regularly -- I waited until nearly 11 a.m. to eat anything, and then only wolfed down a small mini-snack size of peanuts. I then did some walking and didn't stop to fix anything to eat until 3:30 p.m. By that time my blood sugar had dropped, and could think of nothing but eating something quick and easy. That turned out to be a quick burger on a ciabatta roll, with a side of snack-sized chips. Now I won't be wanting dinner as I didn't get done with "lunch" until 4:30 p.m., and I'll end up snacking on something.
