Feeling bad - I ate way too much today. Couldn't resist the Long John Silver's but told my fiance that I need to cut this out - it is too many calories to do more than once a week or less.

Feeling hopeful. I have lost at least a pound every 2 days. I haven't been doing well on keeping to my RDI, so I'm expecting a few pounds to sneak up on me. I am not giving up, though. I really, really want to either reach 300 or below it by my wedding day on the 16th.
